Draft for review — not yet effective
Version 2026-09-25-draft.1 · Effective date: Not adopted
Operator information has not yet been confirmed.
Choose the action you need
Disconnect Roblox removes the active connection. Unpublish portfolio hides your professional page while keeping its draft. Request account deletion closes your RoCreators account and removes its eligible records and uploads after the restricted privacy request is processed. These actions do not delete your Discord or Roblox account.
If you can sign in
Open Account Settings → Privacy & Data. Download your information before requesting deletion if you need a copy. Authenticate with Discord again when prompted and confirm the deletion request. Your public pages are hidden while deletion is pending. The request shows progress; a request is not reported complete until database erasure and file cleanup have succeeded.
If you cannot sign in
Use the form below or the configured privacy contact. Keep the private receipt; it lets you read a response without Discord or Roblox. The operator may need proportionate proof of account control before disclosing or deleting account data. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, identity documents, or biometric information.
Limits and retained copies
Some independently held Discord messages or downloaded copies may remain outside RoCreators. Backup expiration and restoration are governed by the deployment’s documented backup process; instant erasure from every backup is not claimed. Any exception to deletion must identify its specific legal basis and duration for review. Restrictions are not automatically removed by disconnecting Roblox or changing a handle.
Update history
Initial product-specific draft; operator and legal review required.
