About RoCreators
RoCreators is an independent community for Roblox creators. The operator and contact details are shown above when confirmed. RoCreators is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Roblox or Discord. These draft terms require operator confirmation and legal review before taking effect.
Who may use the service
RoCreators is intended for eligible teen and adult creators, not children below 13 or a higher applicable minimum age. You must meet Discord and Roblox eligibility requirements and the rules applicable where you live. If you cannot agree to these terms independently, involve a parent or guardian as required. Do not provide a false age. Account creation dates, Roblox developer ID verification, and linked-account ownership do not establish your age.
Your account and connections
Use accounts you control, protect your sign-in, and keep information accurate. Discord authenticates your RoCreators account. Roblox authorization confirms a Roblox account and supplies basic profile information. We never ask for provider passwords or browser session cookies. Linking does not certify your legal identity or professional claims. Disconnecting Roblox, unpublishing a portfolio, and deleting your account are separate actions in Privacy & Data.
Your work stays yours
You retain ownership of your code, art, videos, and other work. You give RoCreators only the non-exclusive permissions needed to store, copy, process into safe display formats, and display or distribute your submission to its intended audience as part of the service you request. This includes infrastructure processing and Discord delivery when you use that feature. It does not authorize unrelated commercial reuse or transfer ownership. Submit only material you own or have permission to share; obtain collaborators’ consent and describe your own contribution accurately.
Portfolios and applications
Personal portfolios publish after automated text and upload checks, without routine staff approval. Drafts remain private. Showcase submissions and developer-role applications have separate review processes. A badge reflects a particular community review; it does not guarantee honesty, competence, ownership of every item, or transaction success. Game statistics describe the experience, not the impact of each contributor.
Hiring and collaboration
RoCreators connects participants. Employment, paid-project, collaboration, and revenue-share agreements are between those participants. RoCreators does not hold funds, provide escrow, process payments, insure transactions, guarantee income, or guarantee hiring outcomes. Revenue share is uncertain, not guaranteed paid work. Agree on scope, rights, deliverables, payment basis, and cancellation before starting. Do not request unnecessary personal information or private client material.
Community safety and appeals
Follow the community and marketplace guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, spam, exploit children, or share confidential material without permission. Automated checks may require correction or restrict publication. Only the Owner, Community Manager, or Administrator can manually remove or restore public user-generated pages. Other eligible staff handle their assigned review and support work. Reports alone do not prove wrongdoing. Use Support to report a concern or appeal; privacy requests have a separate restricted route. Alternate accounts are allowed; confirmed linked accounts may share an active restriction. A shared network alone is not proof of common ownership.
Copyright and other rights
Report suspected infringement through Contact. Identify the affected work and page, explain your rights, and provide a way to respond. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated private information. The operator will assess reports, preserve appropriately restricted evidence where justified, and provide an appeal route. Jurisdiction-specific formal notice procedures require legal review.
Changes, availability, and closure
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Restrictions and account closure may follow serious or repeated violations, with an explanation and appeal where appropriate. You can request closure through Privacy & Data or the public data-request form. Downloads and third-party copies cannot necessarily be recalled. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Material changes to these terms receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Unresolved governing-law and dispute-resolution choices have not been invented for this draft.
