How we look after the community
Ask questions, share unfinished work, and disagree respectfully. Give credit to the people behind the work. Our rules apply to members and staff, and you can ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.
Ask for a review. Open a Moderation ticket with the decision or case reference, what you believe needs review, and any relevant context. You can ask which rule applies, why the action was taken, and its duration or outcome.
Report staff privately. Use Staff Report and identify the staff member by their Discord user ID. The reported person and excluded reviewers cannot review that ticket. Access is limited to the reporter and eligible reviewers; case evidence is not a public feed.
Sign in with Discord to keep your conversation private. Roblox authorization and a portfolio are not required for support or appeals. Reporting a concern or asking for review is not itself misconduct. Reviews do not guarantee a changed outcome or a response by a particular time.
